At Misch Vancouver, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase. If your selection is not quite right, we accept returns on unworn, full-price merchandise within 10 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Email our customer care team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number, ensuring you include your order details and reason for return.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards included to ensure they remain in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship to Misch

  Clearly mark your RA number on the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier to our South Granville boutique in Vancouver.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping fees, within 5 business days.
